News: Passing of 'Don of Woori Yallock'

‘Don of Woori Yallock’ was well known to Overnighters. He has passed away after a long illness. A service celebrating the life of Donald Alexander William Nelson held at St Andrews Presbyterian Church on Thursday morning at Warburton, prior to proceeding to Wesburn Cemetery.

Boxing Day Celebrations

Keith McGowan congratulates Marc Pante after his win on Sunday March 13 at the Calabria Club, Brunswick. Pante won the fight when his opponent didn’t return to the ring before the start of round two. At the sporting afternoon, McGowan renewed friendship with boxing commentator and sports identity Howard Leigh.
